Quality Assurance Executive

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Translation team as a Quality Assurance Executive.

As a translation agency that holds ISO 17100 certification, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch quality for clients across multiple industries. Quality is at the heart of everything we do, whilst also delivering content in exceptionally quick turnarounds and across 100+ languages.

Reporting to the Senior Linguistic Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our quest for high-quality content. You'll work on a number of creative and diverse translation projects across multiple languages - completing final checks of content.

The role:

• Permanent, full-time (Mon-Fri) - 37.5 hours per week with a hybrid-working policy
• Salary: £24,000
• Completing quality assurance checks of language content in a CAT tool or other platform (e.g. omissions, punctuation, numerical values etc.)

• Providing constructive feedback to translators from quality assurance checks in order to uphold standards and facilitate continual improvement
• Recording results of quality assurance checks in tools such as Planka boards and Google sheets
• Reporting on key issues arising at the quality assurance stage and identifying root problems
• Actively proposing solutions to drive improvement of content quality standards
• Supporting Global Resourcing with the evaluation of freelance translation/quality assurance tests, through the content management system (CMS)
