Job Description

• Grow existing relationships and win new relationships with clients that are in-line with the bank’s strategy.

• Provide top client service in-line with the bank’s expected high standards. 

• Deepen relationships by understanding client needs and introducing appropriate products, services and segment partners.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of annual reviews in coordination with the Portfolio Managers.

• Remain well informed on all client matters to minimize risk.

• Maintain a consistent and successful calling program.  

• Maintain a strong deal pipeline for continued portfolio growth in line with both individual and team goals. 

• Achieve all individual goals and contribute to all team goals.

• Structure relationships appropriately to minimize risk and maximize profitability. 

• Develop positive working relationships with all segments and individual bank partners. 

• Complete all required training timely.

• Remain fully compliant on all client matters.

• Conduct oneself as a true brand ambassador for the bank. 

• Utilize all systems as provided and deemed necessary for the business.  

• Coach, support, develop and motivate junior colleagues.

Qualifications

  • 4 – 7 minimum years of experience in managing commercial relationships 
  • Ability in identifying client needs and providing appropriate  
  • Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness,  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both externally and internally. 
  • Strong communication skills, written, verbal and presentation skills
