We are seeking an experienced, technically-proficient AI Platform Engineering Leader who will build and oversee production-grade AI software. As a key technology leader, you will architect scalable data pipelines, establish robust engineering practices, and drive technical decisions that support our AI-driven enterprise solutions. This role requires expertise in AI infrastructure, systems, and data engineering, as well as strong leadership skills to guide a team of engineers in building reliable and performant AI systems.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing the technical foundation that powers our generative AI and multi-agent systems. This leadership position demands excellence in technical architecture, production engineering practices, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, resilient technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Work closely with customers, domain experts, and use case leads to identify pain points, define AI-driven solutions, and iteratively prototype use cases.

● Rapidly build proof-of-concept (PoC) AI solutions and evaluate their impact in real-world industrial workflows before scaling them into production.

● Apply generative AI models, including LLMs, to create AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and autonomous execution.

● Integrate AI-driven decision-making into existing industrial systems, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), and other enterprise platforms.

● Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven autonomous agents tailored for industrial applications, implement agentic AI applications that enable task completion in industrial settings.

● Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and optimization of AI models to ensure reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance in industrial settings.

● Stay ahead of the latest advancements in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems to drive innovation. Lead the architectural design and implementation of production-grade AI platforms that scale across enterprise environments

● Develop and optimize data pipelines to support AI model training, deployment, and continuous improvement

● Establish engineering best practices, including CI/CD workflows, testing frameworks, and monitoring systems for AI applications

● Oversee the integration of AI systems with enterprise data sources, APIs, and existing technology infrastructure

● Guide a team of engineers in building robust, scalable, and maintainable AI software solutions

● Implement observability, reliability, and performance optimizations for AI systems in production

● Collaborate with AI engineers and customers to translate AI capabilities into production-ready systems

● Stay current with emerging technologies in AI

● Strong problem-solving skills, innovation mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment

● Experience in collaborating with leading AI frontier labs, to leverage the latest capabilities of the models is a plus

● Experience in building and deploying gen AI applications in 0 to 1 stage. Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven workflows, ensuring solutions are both technically robust and aligned with business objectives. Experience in balancing technical innovation with production reliability

● Must have experience in integrating enterprise wide knowledge into AI assistants to optimal results and impact

● Experience in AI-driven automation and API integration

● Experience working directly with customers, business stakeholders, and domain experts to co-develop AI solutions

● Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent senior-level industry experience

● Experience in software engineering focused on AI/ML systems in production
