Due to maternity leave coverage, we are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist (60-80%) in our Zurich office to support our HR department starting July 1, 2025, or by agreement. The position is limited to 12 months, with the possibility of a permanent role.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, with a strong understanding of recruiting and regulations. This position offers a hybrid working model, with two days presence in the office.
How will you make a difference?
- Leading the recruitment process for all roles within the company, including job postings, CV screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews
- Serving as a point of contact for managers and employees, supporting them with all HR-related inquiries
- Managing whole employee life-cycle from on- to offboarding and handling administrative HR tasks such as creating employment contracts, amendments, updating HRSI, etc.
- Preparing and coordinating monthly payroll runs across different IMTF entities
- Managing all types of leave (maternity, parental, unpaid, health) and coordinating maternity and EO compensations, family allowances, accident, and sickness reporting
- Leading and/or participating in HR projects as needed
You are going to stand out if you have
- Degree in Human Resources (minimum HR-Assistant)
- 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally with a focus on Recruiting in a multinational and fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and structured with a passion for HR administration
- Fluent in German, with strong English skills; French is a plus
