About the Role: 

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client relations and sales support within a rapidly expanding international environment. As a Client Relations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting B2B partnerships with universities and institutions across Australia. This role provides valuable exposure to professional client interactions in a dynamic, fast-paced startup setting.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Sales Support & Follow-Ups: Identify new opportunities and assist in managing client outreach, scheduling demos, and following up with universities to maintain engagement.
  • CRM Management: Keep track of client communications, follow-ups, and clean data using HubSpot to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Professional Communication: Respond to client queries and present the business’ offerings clearly and persuasively, primarily through email with occasional phone follow-ups
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule and organise meetings between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and preparation.
  • Organisational Excellence: Maintain records and track client interactions accurately.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the founders to support sales efforts, provide reminders for meetings, and assist in improving client engagement processes.

About You:

  • Currently studying or have recently graduated from a Business related field.
  • Highly detail-orientated and proactive.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
  • Highly flexible and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable to a dynamic startup environment.
  • Prior experience in CRM tools, lead gen tools and social media platforms is nice to have.

 

More Info: 

  • Location: Sydney
  • Duration: 6 months internship (with possibility of converting to a permanent position after internship completion) 
  • Type: Open to both full-time and part-time interns, with part-time options of half days most weekday
  • Work Arrangement: Primarily remote
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Allowance: Monthly allowance will be provided to support some expenses during internship
