DOMO Developer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Domo Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Domo Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing Domo’s cloud-based business intelligence platform to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves building data visualizations, managing dashboards, and integrating data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Domo’s BI platform, ensuring efficient data flow, data governance, and system performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop intuitive, interactive dashboards and reports.
• Integrate data from various sources (CRM, ERP, databases, APIs, etc.) into Domo, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
• Create, optimize, and maintain Domo data sets, dataflows, and ETL processes.
• Design and develop custom visualizations and dashboards that provide meaningful insights and support strategic business decisions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Domo’s system performance, resolving data and integration issues quickly.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the platform through proper data management practices.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure that business users can effectively use Domo.
• Work closely with the data engineering and analytics teams to improve data pipelines and ensure data readiness for visualization.
• Stay updated on Domo’s new features and capabilities, implementing them to continuously improve data solutions.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Domo or other BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling within Domo.
• Experience creating complex and interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
• Solid understanding of data governance, data security, and data quality principles.
• Experience with SQL and data manipulation to create custom datasets and reports.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly with Domo integrations and data flows.
• Familiarity with APIs and data connectors for integrating various data sources into Domo.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
