Country Sales Agent

We seek an experienced and strategic Country Sales Agent to establish, manage, and scale a client agent-based sales strategy in the USA or Canada. This role is responsible for agents who promote and sell our services. The ideal candidate deeply understands B2B sales and Custom Software Development for Retail, E-Commerce, or Finance.

Sales & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for our client’s expansion in your country.
  • Generate and maintain key retail, e-commerce, and finance industry relationships.
  • Lead strategic sales initiatives, including partnerships, referral programs, and industry collaborations.
  • Optimize the sales funnel to increase conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide insights to refine product offerings and sales strategies.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with the leadership team to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Provide ongoing performance reports on effectiveness and sales results.
  • Represent us at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in agent sales networks from similar industries.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong background in Retail, E-Commerce, and Finance.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable with CRM, sales automation, and data-driven decision-making.
