Administer and maintain highly available systems, ensuring stability and performance.
Perform performance, capacity, and availability management for Windows servers to optimize system efficiency.
Ensure smooth IT operations by handling incident management and troubleshooting through a ticketing system (2nd and 3rd level support).
Develop, adapt, and manage automation processes for system configuration using PowerShell scripting.
