We are seeking a skilled and motivated Content Marketing Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize our global digital content. This person is a strong individual contributor who has the ability to create and execute digital media strategies through compelling and visual storytelling that drives engagement and visibility.
You will be responsible for managing the content for our corporate communication channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), as well as the CMS for the corporate websites and the marketing automation platform. You monitor their performance, coordinate content creation with INFICON worldwide marketing communication managers, and also create content in alignment with the corporate business strategy.
This individual must know what makes a great story; excel at collaboration; provide excellent service; and have expertise in paid and organic digital media. This individual thinks creatively, strategically, and critically, and is highly organized.
The position is located in the U.S. headquarters in Syracuse N.Y., but is part of the global communication team from INFICON global headquarters in Switzerland.

Qualifications
For New York, the expected salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000 per year. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit sharing bonus with a target of 10%. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
