The Role

The Influencers Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our campaigns team by helping to retain and acquire new creators for influencer proposals tailored to brand partnerships. This role emphasizes building and maintaining a strong network of influencers across the Latin American region to align with the company’s marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of LATAM's influencer marketing landscape, and the ability to foster long-term partnerships that meet both influencer and brand needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the campaigns team to identify and propose suitable influencers for brand initiatives.
  • Assist in the acquisition and retention of influencers for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance influencer proposals for brand collaborations.
  • Research, identify, and onboard emerging and established influencers in LATAM who align with campaign objectives.
  • Develop strategies to attract influencers to join campaigns and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to tailor outreach plans based on specific campaign requirements.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture a strong network of influencers to support brand campaigns.
  • Develop retention strategies, including exclusive incentives, recognition programs, and personalized opportunities for influencers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers, addressing their needs and ensuring alignment with brand expectations.
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platforms, and cultural nuances in LATAM.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to improve influencer proposals and retention strategies.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and propose innovative approaches to influencer partnerships.


Desired Background
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media campaigns within LATAM.
  • Deep understanding of the region’s digital landscape, cultural nuances, and platform trends.
  • Proven ability to lead influencer acquisition efforts and build a strong network of creators.
  • Experience conducting onboarding calls with influencers to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
  • Skilled in developing and implementing effective retention strategies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms, campaign metrics, and the latest social media trends.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable results.
