Informa Markets, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.
We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.
The role
We are looking for an event executive to join our dynamic and growing Vietnam office to drive our growth as a global leading event organizer. We are open to candidates from all the backgrounds as long as you have solid event organization experience. You'll help us launch world-class events and develop strategic relationships with global and regional industry leaders and innovators.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, event management, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in overseeing and executing B2B event management; experience in data insights generation and data analytics is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PowerBI; Microsoft Office Suite certification is a plus. Experience with Canvas/Photoshop is an advantage.
Project Management: Strong project management skills, including time management and meeting deadlines.
Teamwork: Good team player with proactiveness and self-motivation.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly.
