About the role

We are looking for a PR and Influencer Manager to join our Marketing team. This person will work closely with the Marketing Director to shape compelling narratives for press releases and drive impactful media outreach.

• Create press releases for all upcoming launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists to secure press coverage.
• Regularly outreach to publications to ensure press placements, regardless of ongoing launches.
• Keep an updated database of journalists, podcasts, newsletters, and influencers within the industry. 
• Monitor the press email for inbound requests. 
• Create prep sheets for Injective Labs team members participating in interviews. 
• Collaborate with the design team to create digital collateral for secured press placements to be shared on social media and on the Injective.com website. 

• Ideally based in NY.
• 4-5 years of experience in tech or finance PR, with at least 1 year of experience in crypto PR is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple announcements with the flexibility to quickly adapt to last-minute changes or updates.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to understand the key reasons for each announcement.
