We are a start-up offering an end-to-end digital insurance platform focussing solely on European entrepreneurs and SMEs. We offer the best insurance to our customers thanks to our focus on user experience, our leading underwriting services, and our expertise in data. In short, we’ve made getting insured quick, transparent and simple.

We know how to innovate - our team of seasoned entrepreneurs has built a host of successful businesses in fintech and e-commerce (HelloFresh, Bloomon and SumUp to name a few!).We’ve already raised over €25M in funding from leading investors (Accel Ventures, Frontline Ventures, Visionaries Club, Nico Rosberg, etc.), who love what we do and see the potential for a revolution in digital insurance.

We started our journey in the Netherlands and with our mission to make business insurance fast, simple and fair we have been able to have a significant impact on that market. Since last year we also serve customers in France and Germany, and are rapidly expanding across the rest of Europe!

We’re the team making insurance work for everyone and everything. At Insify, our Insurance crew is all about making sure the right coverages are available, affordable, and actually make sense for today’s entrepreneurs. We’re the bridge between customer needs and carrier capabilities—constantly exploring, negotiating, and building better insurance solutions.

From partnering with top carriers to developing our own products, we ensure our platform delivers complete, seamless coverage. Whether it’s a roofer in Rotterdam or a freelance designer in Berlin, we’re here to make sure no one’s left out. Our team includes insurance pros, actuaries, and product ops experts working hand-in-hand with product, legal, and compliance to reshape insurance from the inside out.

You’ll work alongside experienced product managers and cross-functional teams to learn how to build, launch, and improve digital insurance products that are simple, fast, and fair. Whether you're exploring customer needs, prioritizing features, or supporting product launches, this traineeship is your chance to gain hands-on experience, develop a product mindset, and grow into a key player in a fast-moving, purpose-driven company.

• Shape and execute our product roadmap, identifying ways to improve and expand our offerings.
• Design and develop new insurance products, working on pricing, underwriting, and risk assessment.
• Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct market research and customer interviews, prioritizing features that solve key pain points.
• Use data-driven insights to improve our products and business decisions.
• Collaborate with insurance and reinsurance providers to bring new products to market.
• Take ownership of projects from day one, working alongside experienced founders and product leaders.

• Recent graduates (or early-career professionals) with a degree in business, finance, economics, data science, or a related field.
• A problem-solver who loves tackling complex challenges and turning them into simple, elegant solutions.
• Analytical & data-driven mindset, with a passion for using insights to drive decisions.
• Entrepreneurial & adaptable, excited about working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch & English.
• Eager to learn and grow quickly, taking on responsibility from day one.
• Bonus points if you already have experience in the Insurance/Insurtech industry!
