We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that seamlessly blend retail, digital, partnership and experiential marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in brand management, data-driven marketing, and team leadership to drive measurable business results. This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will sit in our Philadelphia HQ 4 days/ week.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Create and implement an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with Insomnia Cookies’ business goals and positions the brand as the ultimate late-night indulgence. Champion innovative approaches to engage our customers and drive brand growth.
  • Brand Stewardship: Elevate Insomnia Cookies’ brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to build emotional connections with our customers while reinforcing our status as a disruptor in the indulgence space.
  • Customer Obsession: Infuse data-driven insights into marketing strategies to deeply understand our Insomniacs and keep them at the heart of everything we do.
  • Cross-Channel Coordination: Seamlessly integrate campaigns across Insomnia’s owned channels (retail and digital), third-party platforms, partnerships, and experiential activations to deliver a cohesive, crave-worthy customer experience.
  • Campaign Development: Oversee the creation of impactful marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with target audience insights and business goals.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and analyze performance data to measure the success of marketing efforts, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, finance, product, and other departments to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and execution.
  • Agency, Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to support key initiatives. Oversee external creative resources and media agency.
  • Market Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, cultural trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration:  Partner with product, creative and communications to maintain and grow Insomnia Cookies disruptor status in the indulgence category.


Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on integrated marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful cross-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms, tools, and technologies.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets and delivering ROI.
