Instructure is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst for Global Shared Services to support various business functions across global teams. This role requires experience in sales operations, business intelligence, deal desk support, and audits, with a strong ability to navigate sales tools and support stakeholders effectively. The analyst will be responsible for operational excellence, data accuracy, reporting, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless business operations across multiple teams.
The ideal candidate should have experience in SaaS operations and be flexible with working hours to support global stakeholders.
What you will do:- Manage and support sales operations processes including rules of engagement and audit processes.
- Provide support in Salesforce tool navigation (Accounts, Opportunities, Reports).
- Provide ticketing support through Zendesk, Jira, or ClickUp to resolve customer-related operational issues.
- Support user management and profile setup for sales tools such as Clari, Tableau, Salesforce, and other CRM tools.
- Assist in troubleshooting workflow issues related to sales tools and CRM applications.
- Create basic Salesforce reports, utilize Lucidchart for process mapping, and navigate Google Sheets (basic formulas) and Google Slides for reporting and presentation.
- Support deal desk functions, responding to queries related to quotes, pricing, opportunity splits, and order forms.
- Provide renewal process support, addressing and resolving errors related to renewal opportunities.
- Support user setup and management within multiple sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clari, Outreach, and Salesforce.
- Conduct data audits to verify paperwork alignment with quotes and opportunities, ensuring accuracy against order forms and pricing.
- Support renewals revamp processes, data enrichment, and pricing verification.
- Ensure compliance through regular audits and process improvements.
- Assist in low-mid impact strategic initiatives within the CFO organization.
- Support in SOP/workflow creation and process documentation.
- Assist with reporting & dashboards to provide financial and operational insights.
What you will need to have/know:- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Experience with Sales Operations in SaaS, including rules of engagement and audit processes.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce tool navigation (Accounts, Opportunities, Reports).
- Experience with ticketing support systems such as Zendesk, Jira, or ClickUp.
- Familiarity with Sales Tools Management, including user management and profile setup for Clari, Tableau, Salesforce, and other CRM tools.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to conduct audits and ensure data accuracy.
- Ability to support deal desk operations, renewals, and sales operations troubleshooting.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones.
It would be a bonus if you had:- Data & Analytics experience, including intermediate-level Salesforce Reporting & Dashboard creation.
- Salesforce Administration knowledge, including troubleshooting and backend support.
- Experience in Salesforce automation, logic setup, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) logic.
- Advanced proficiency in Clari dashboards & reporting.
