Medical Receptionist

Our very busy Dermatology practice is seeking an exceptional, professional team player to join our front desk team. Our Front Desk associate must be able to handle a fast-paced environment, be a multi tasker and provide 5-star customer service.
 

Duties:

• Greet patients
• Check-in/out
• Answering multi-line phones
• Verify insurances
• Scanning
• Handle high call volume
• Other office duties as assigned by the manager

• Exceptional customer service skills 
• Ability to work well with mulitple phycians and be a team player 
• Must be friendly, punctual and able to multitask and perform a wide variety of front desk activites 
• Dermatology front desk experince is preferred 

Job Type:

•  Full-time: Monday-Friday

Experience:

• 1-2 years of front desk experience preferable

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay:

Starts at $19.00 hourly and increases with experience
