Intertek's Softlines business provides testing, inspection, training, and consultancy services to retailers, brands, and manufacturers of textiles, apparel, fashion accessories, footwear, and home textiles products.

Your responsibilities

• Maintaining project's records and registers of quality control services, customer records, sales;
• Cooperation with the accounting department in issuing financial documents;
• Preparing statements, reports, presentations, translations;
• Keeping records and monitoring the use of equipment entrusted to external employees;
• Supporting the department with ongoing projects;
• Assisting with the organization of internal meetings;
• Ensuring the proper functioning of the department;
• Taking care of the positive image of the company.

What we are looking for:

• Education in the course of studies or higher, preferable economic, financial, technical, related majors.
• Polish language at fluent level; English language knowledge at B2 level
• Work experience in a similar work environment
• Computer literacy, including very good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables, creation of databases, other functions), MS Word, Power Point, operation of Internet applications;
• Very good organization of work, independence in action, ability to independently set priorities
