Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple growth funnel building projects. This role combines expertise in marketing funnel design, AI-driven automation, and data analytics to create high-performing funnels that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The Program Manager will collaborate across teams to drive innovation, optimize processes, and deliver measurable results that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Management:
    • Lead and coordinate multiple growth funnel projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to track progress and deliver projects on schedule.
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among marketing, data, and technology teams.
  2. Funnel Design and Optimization:
    • Design modern, multi-stage marketing funnels that reflect the evolving, non-linear customer journey.
    • Identify and address drop-off points within funnels to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
    • Implement omnichannel marketing strategies that integrate seamlessly across platforms.
  3. AI-Driven Automation:
    • Leverage AI tools and technologies to automate repetitive tasks, personalize customer interactions, and optimize campaigns in real-time.
    • Integrate AI-powered systems for audience segmentation, predictive analytics, and automated A/B testing.
    • Ensure all AI systems comply with data privacy regulations and ethical standards.
  4. Data and Analytics:
    • Use advanced data analytics to derive actionable insights and inform strategy.
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure funnel effectiveness.
    • Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate progress and results to stakeholders.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
    • Present project updates, insights, and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on marketing funnels, AI automation, and data analytics.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
    • Expertise in AI-driven tools for marketing automation and data analysis.
    • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in industries such as e-commerce, insurance, real estate, or B2B technology.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster) and data analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling marketing strategies using AI and automation.
