Role Overview :

We are looking for an innovative and versatile Product Manager/Learning Designer/Curriculum Manager with data science expertise to join our growing education technology team. In this multifaceted role, you will lead curriculum development initiatives for AI and Machine Learning programs, combining instructional design excellence with technical expertise. You'll have complete ownership to create market-leading educational experiences that help students master complex technical skills and achieve tangible learning outcomes in the competitive AI landscape.


Curriculum Development & Strategy

• Conduct market research, gap analysis, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for new curriculum development

• Create product-market fit by understanding industry requirements and developing courses that meet high standards
• Design comprehensive learning pathways and curriculum roadmaps for technical courses
• Collaborate with MAANG+ machine learning industry experts to design skill-oriented classes and assessments
• Develop interview preparation strategies that enable students to achieve tangible career outcomes

Learning Experience & Data Driven Design

• Design interactive learning experiences that utilize best practices in adult learning and online education
• Iterate over curriculum based on data analytics to continuously improve learning outcomes
• Implement innovative approaches to teach complex AI concepts through varied learning modalities
• Leverage data insights to personalize learning experiences and optimize student success

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Partner with subject matter experts, production teams, and platform engineers
• Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to create engaging visual assets
• Facilitate communication between technical experts and content production teams

Project & Product Management

• Own end-to-end curriculum product development from conception to implementation
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple development initiatives
• Experiment, fail, and learn through an iterative product development approach

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and implement quality standards for learning materials managed by yourself
• Review technical accuracy of curriculum content before publication
• Analyze learner data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Education & Experience
• Proven track record of developing successful online learning experiences for technical courses, particularly in computer science, data science, or AI
• 3-5 years of product/curriculum management experience on ML/AI-related courses or Master's in ML/AI-related domains
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE) from Tier 1/2 engineering colleges or experience at Tier 1 companies/startups in similar roles.
• Technical Knowledge
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques (Supervised, Unsupervised, Deep Learning)
• Proficiency with Python and ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and practices (preferred)
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Knowledge of instructional design models and learning science principles
• Experience with educational technologies and content creation tools
