Program Specialist
- Conduct outbound calls (30+ per day) to learners based on different categories.
- Schedule and coordinate 2 survey interviews daily between learners and Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Shadow survey interviews initially and gradually start conducting a few independently.
- Maintain a structured call log & feedback database to track responses and trends.
- Analyze collected data and provide insights to internal teams to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine survey questions and process improvements.
- Database management.
- Hands-on in excel, google docs, slides.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self- Motivated, proactive & eager to learn
