Senior Project Manager | Financial Incentives Team

We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Senior Project Manager to join the Financial Incentives Team.

What will you be doing?

• Helping both potential investors and companies expanding their operations here to discover more opportunities in Lithuania. Provide them with high-quality advice on financial incentives and other public funding opportunities.
• Participating in developing new financial incentive measures/instruments, as well as providing support to relevant stakeholders (government institutions, public agencies).
• Providing support in drafting individual state aid schemes for investors.
• Coordinating large-scale financial incentive projects and monitoring their results.

What do we expect from you?

• Higher education in Economics, Legal, Business Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in EU funding management, financial support/grants consulting, EU funding administration or similar positions. Experience in business consulting, funding solutions or financial instruments would be a significant advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel with experience in financial modeling would be an advantage. 
• Good understanding of decision-making processes in stakeholder organizations.
• Optimism, adaptability, responsibility, and the ability to see the big picture.

• Gross salary from 3450 to 3900 Eur/month, depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience level.
