We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and decision support. Reporting to the VP of Finance and working alongside key business leaders, you will develop financial models, conduct variance analyses, and deliver actionable insights to drive operational and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities
*Quality control Order to Cash process.
*Develop segment-specific financial analyses to support business objectives.
*Prepare financial models and forecasts to drive data-driven decision-making.
*Conduct variance analysis to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives.
*Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights that drive business strategy.
*Automate and optimize financial processes for increased efficiency.
*Assist in financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
*Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess financial risks and opportunities.
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
*5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.
*Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
*Strong understanding of Order to Cash process flows.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
*Experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar.
*Experience working with CRM and PSA systems such as Salesforce, Certinia, or similar.
*Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Nice to have
*Experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services industries.
*Exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or investment analysis.
*Proficiency in SQL or Python for financial data analysis.
*Prior experience in international financial reporting.
