As a Virtual Assistant Marketing Associate, you will provide remote support to the marketing department or manager by performing a wide range of tasks aimed at promoting and enhancing the company's brand, products, or services:

Draft and edit marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, emails, and newsletters.

• Research and curate relevant content ideas to engage the target audience.
• Create and schedule email campaigns using marketing automation tools.
• Maintain email lists and segment them for targeted marketing efforts.
• Track email campaign performance and report on key metrics.
• Gather and analyze marketing data to generate reports on campaign performance.
• Identify trends and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
• Work closely with other team members, such as graphic designers and copywriters, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

• Expertise in Canva and MS Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proven experience as a virtual assistant, marketing assistant, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (e.g., email marketing platforms, social media scheduling tools, Google Analytics).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
