Title: Finance Manager

Salary range :100K-120K /year

Location: San Francisco

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and risk management for our US and Canadian subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, a comprehensive understanding of US and Canadian tax laws, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and Implement Risk Management Systems:

• Establish and maintain comprehensive risk management frameworks, including:
• Accounts receivable risk management
• Finished product inventory management
• Warehouse accounting management
• Price management systems
• Identification and resolution of current legal risks

Tax Planning and Compliance:

• Oversee tax planning, daily tax reporting, and other tax management activities for all US subsidiaries.

Audit Management:

• Manage and coordinate local audit processes for US subsidiaries, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Legal Entity Account Management:

• Oversee the management of legal entity accounts for US subsidiaries.

Canadian Subsidiaries Accounting Management:

• Provide overall accounting oversight for Canadian subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations.

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification or equivalent professional qualification is required.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
4. Strong understanding of US and Canadian tax laws and regulations.
5. Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across cultures and teams.
6. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication with global stakeholders.
