Why We Need You!

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, who will support the Global Channels and Alliances Marketing team and, in this role, you will be responsible for maximizing team projects and taking ownership over some of your own. You need to be highly organized and responsive; you’ll work with multiple stakeholders around the world, across multiple marketing functions, supporting project development and execution, building presentations and reports, be creative, collaborative, and most especially, a problem solver!

Ivanti Corporate marketing is a comprehensive promotion of a company's products or services. Our primary focus entails building a strong brand image and strengthening customer relationships.

What You Will Be Doing

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with Channel and Alliance Marketing managers to streamline workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain project schedules and proactively identify potential roadblocks with proposed solutions.
• Program Management: Serve as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are effectively communicated and aligned with broader campaigns and goals.
• Asset Organization: Manage and organize partner resources, creative assets and our partner portal to ensure easy access for internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic Ideation: Contribute innovative ideas and fresh approaches to campaigns and strategies, elevating the effectiveness and originality of partner marketing efforts.
• Stakeholder Support: Facilitate alignment between internal and external stakeholders and build strong relationships across various teams and regions for smooth collaboration.

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing coordination, marketing support, or project management role, preferably within a global or B2B environment.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across varying timelines and adapting to dynamic priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.), and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or related platforms).
• Strong creative and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to contribute ideas and review marketing efforts critically.
• Experience working with global teams and understanding cultural nuances is a plus.
• A proactive, can-do attitude, with a zest for learning and growing in all areas of marketing.
