Job Description

In this newly created role, the Customer Service and Logistics Specialist will support the order to cash process by processing sales orders with accuracy and in a timely manner. The Specialist will proactively manage escalations and risks within our transport and warehousing network to ensure on-time customer delivery. This role will be based at both our North Sydney and Kingsgrove offices with hybrid working. Are you up for this challenge? 

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and logistics support
  • Process sales orders and ensure on-time and in-full order fulfillment
  • Manage KPIs with 3PL warehouse and transport partners to ensure SLAs are being met
  • Process and record vendor invoices
  • Manage master data and support incident-resolution

Qualifications

Working at JDE Peet’s is hands-on, giving you an opportunity to leave your mark. For this role as a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • You hold at least 2 years’ experience in a similar logistics and/or customer service role
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are meticulous, with the ability to problem solve autonomously
  • You are proficient in systems such as MS Excel an SAP
  • Flexibility to work across both North Sydney and Kingsgrove locations as required
