Performance Display & Video Specialist

As the Performance Display & Video Specialist, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of display and video campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, Google Display Network, DV360, and emerging programmatic or CTV channels. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate performance data into actionable strategies and creative insights, ensuring campaigns are engaging, efficient, and aligned with our growth goals. 

This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in digital advertising, a love of storytelling through visual media, and a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced ecommerce environment. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the setup, launch, and monitoring of display and video campaigns across platforms including YouTube, GDN, DV360, and CTV/OTT. 

• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve key metrics such as CPV, CTR, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost. 

• Collaborate with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate on video and display assets based on performance trends and platform best practices. 

• Conduct competitive and industry research to identify trends and new opportunities for growth. 

• Support campaign reporting, budget pacing, and weekly/monthly performance updates for internal stakeholders. 

• Partner with the Senior Manager, Performance Display & Video to execute testing strategies and audience segmentation efforts. 

• Ensure consistent brand voice and quality across all campaign touchpoints. 

• Stay informed on the latest in ad tech, platform updates, and visual content trends. 

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in performance display or video advertising. 

• Familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ads, YouTube, DV360, or similar DSPs. 

• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working in Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker, etc. 

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. 

• A keen eye for creative quality and an interest in consumer trends, visual design, or fashion/jewelry is a plus. 

• Enthusiastic about digital marketing, storytelling through video, and working within a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Annual base pay: $66,000 - $90,000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
