Senior Project Coordinator

Overview

At JASARA PMC, we are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting project management activities and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will coordinate with various teams and stakeholders, and help to facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines.
• Work with project managers to define project scope and goals.
• Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets.
• Identify potential project risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
• Track project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support team members in resolving project-related issues.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Continuously improve project management processes and tools.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in handling project budgets and financial analysis.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
