Title: Marketing Associate - P3

Location: Remote (US)

Reports To: Director- Marketing Automation and Strategy

The Role:  

The Marketing Associate will contribute to the positioning of our data and analytics solutions across multiple industries including Financial Services, Insurance, Utilities, Travel & Hospitality, Telecom, and Healthcare. This role will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing campaign functions including sales collateral creation, email marketing creation and distribution, contact list development, event marketing support, and website updates. The chosen individual should understand campaign planning, marketing tactics, and marketing automation. Previous experience with marketing automation platforms is required, HubSpot preferred. B2B marketing experience is a plus.

This role will help drive business growth by supporting the execution of marketing campaign elements to multiple industry audiences.

What You'll Be Doing in This Role: 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and deploy email marketing campaigns using marketing automation technology
  • Analyze email marketing metrics and report findings to Marketing Industry Leads
  • Work directly with the Director of Marketing Automation & Strategy to identify opportunities to automate basic marketing functions
  • Monitor and update the B2B website with regular research updates
  • Prioritize and execute tactical marketing requests from multiple practice teams
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop sales collateral to support business objectives
  • Support creation of marketing materials and promotions for J.D. Power hosted events


Qualifications of this Role:
 

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Marketing/Campaign/Marketing Automation
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar Marketing Automation tool
  • Understanding of email marketing compliance rules
  • Organized self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects
  • Detail-oriented and deadline driven
  • Highly motivated, with a desire to learn technology
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems; experience with database management a plus
  • BA or BS in Marketing, preferred
