Job Brief:
Jeeny is looking to hire a Data Analyst who will be instrumental in transforming our performance data into actionable insights. This role will involve interpreting complex data and providing clear, strategic recommendations that drive our business decisions.
The ideal candidate will focus on marketing performance but also contribute to broader analytical needs across the company. They’ll work closely with various departments, helping to optimize our marketing strategies and support data-driven decisions company-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data across multiple business functions, with a primary focus on marketing performance.
- Track, report, and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, paid ads, and other business-focused objectives.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate performance and opportunities across the business.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support strategic planning.
- Develop A/B testing campaigns to enhance marketing effectiveness and customer experience.
- Provide insights on customer journey, user behavior, and conversion optimization.
- Forecast trends and support budgeting processes with data-driven recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience in digital marketing analytics and a keen interest in expanding into broader data analysis.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, AppsFlyer, AdMob, Excel, and data visualization platforms.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
