Jeff addresses this issue. We build financial product comparison marketplaces that help consumers and financial service providers connect and increase odds of cooperation through available data - largely digital footprint.
Our goal is to unlock financial services for the financially underserved, with a clear focus on emerging economies that will drive the global economy in decades to come.
Launched in Vietnam in 2020, Jeff has grown into a 40+ people team across 7 countries.
To date, we have helped 10 million customers in Vietnam, Philippines, Mexico and Sri Lanka to compare tens of millions of financial products.
Since inception, Jeff has raised close to $5 Million in funding from reputable investors and grown from 0 to 8-digit annual revenue

We are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Manager - a well-rounded marketing specialist with exceptional ability lead projects and orchestrate experiments at a ruthless pace. You will address many (all?) of our underserved Growth areas, be on a constant lookout for new growth hypotheses to test & own our group level direct relationship with some of the world's largest companies, first and foremost Google and Meta.

You will:- Drive the growth of our marketplace's B2C side via swift and iterative experimentation
- Own and lead the experimentation process A-Z
- Interact with a large number of stakeholders, identifying and arguing the necessity of various resources and tools involved in growth experiments
- Run the process of experimentation by combining high urgency, strong ownership & outstanding discipline with regards to clean, written record & data-driven decision-making
- Constantly be on top of new growth opportunities - both generating ideas yourself, as well as engaging other team members
- Proactively own and coordinate relationships with key marketing & advertising partners, such as Google, Meta and ByteDance
- Drive the process of new marketing channel testing
- Drive progress in areas such as (but not limited to): CRO, contextual advertising, lifecycle marketing enhancements, new product GTM
- Work in a robust growth & marketing team of ~ 20 people, handling significant monthly budgets
- Drive our growth
- Report directly to and work closely with the founder and CEO
You have:- Proven track record of experimentation-driven growth experience
- Clear & strong trait of being a self-starter
- Intrinsic sense of urgency
- Fluency with data & obsession with data-driven decision-making
- At least intermediate level understanding of key ad platforms, their possibilities & ways around them
- Ideally (but not mandatory) past experience with native mobile apps
- Past experience with either of APAC markets, LATAM markets or marketplace businesses is considered a big plus
- Demonstrated experience with conversion rate optimization and/or lifecycle marketing victories in your career so far
- Exceptional level of ownership. We expect it from every single person in the company. In this role however, it has to be founder-grade ownership
