We’ve got an exciting opportunity for an Account Director to join our Emmy Award-winning team, working alongside one of our partners - one of the leading streaming services.  

As an Account Director, you will ensure the client team strive for excellence, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, client retention, and growth.

You'll have a strong background in client management, and a deep knowledge of social media, as well as an understanding of processes for wider marketing creative delivery. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with others to create exceptional client relationships as demonstrated in client retention and growth
• Be the lead voice and act as a trusted advisor to your client
• Provide direction to the client team and be responsible for setting and managing KPIs that positively impact the clients business goals.
• Manage client commercial targets, contributing to the commercial success of clients in your portfolio (i.e Hub) collaborating with your Hub Lead as appropriate.
• Be the subject matter expert on social media creative, with a range of experience from retainers to campaigns
• Deliver production, activations, events, OOH/DOOH, and brand partnerships 
• Stay on top of the latest developments, championing these areas and being a go-to person for Client Management and articulate how Jellyfish products and solutions can support a client’s KPIs, identifying opportunities to enhance the client offering.
• Actively support the client team(s), ensuring they have the appropriate tools and resources needed to meet client needs, as well as be able to effectively delegate to others and provide appropriate support and feedback to help develop and grow the career of others in the team.

• 6 years+ creative agency experience, with a focus on social media and content creation 
• Fully bilingual in German and English
• Proven experience of working in advertising or fast-moving brand/marketing environments, specifically across social media 
• A deep understanding of the following social platforms:  Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch and their respective best practices. 
• You will have delivered paid, organic, and creator/influencer projects for high profile clients
• Passionate about social media, entertainment and pop culture. 
• Proven experience of running accounts with and without Account Management support
• Proven experience of supporting and mentoring junior team members
• A fierce sense of responsibility and ownership, and a commitment to delivering best practice and value
• Adept at building relationships at all levels and inspiring confidence in successful delivery of projects
• Compelling written and verbal skills to ensure clear understanding of the agency’s proposition and to convey complex information effectively and without confusion
• Articulate, incisive and able to build constructive and lasting colleague/client relationships
• Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to flex and pivot in a fast-paced industry
• Good team player; collaborative but also a good self-starter, able to work independently
• High level of organisation with brilliant prioritisation and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
