Reporting to the CSO of Training, as a Director, Training (Digital Marketing & GenAI), you will create impact within our Training team.
Jellyfish Training runs a wide range of courses covering many aspects of digital. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable delivering to clients in both a virtual and face-to-face environment. You will be required to support a wide cross section of digital marketing topics. Knowledge of search marketing, social media and deep expertise in marketing strategy is essential.
Ideally you will also be eager to explore and develop new areas of our content, such as applications of GenAI within marketing. This can play a key role in helping us expand our curriculum. This would include (but not be limited to) GenAI products such as Pencil, Canva and other tools.
You will play an important role in supporting our growth team in responding to larger and more complex training briefs where the requirements span across multiple disciplines. Your strategic knowledge and understanding of how different aspects of digital fit together, and how they may be applied effectively in different verticals will be key. We will also be looking to leverage your expertise to support our marketing efforts, both in terms of hands-on marketing activity and getting involved in a range of promotional and content generation efforts.
Our training business operates globally and you will be supporting events that are running all over the world. This role isn’t a 9-5, from one day to the next you might need to adapt your working hours to provide support in different time-zones.
