One of our companies is currently looking for a Business Development Representative - AMER in the United States.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a critical role in fueling the sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across the AMER region. This role involves strategic outbound prospecting, leveraging personalization and research to craft tailored messaging that resonates with buyers. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to create new business opportunities, build lasting relationships, and drive revenue growth. Ideal candidates are self-starters, excellent communicators, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and qualification of inbound leads
  • Research target accounts to personalize outreach and improve engagement
  • Book high-quality meetings that convert into opportunities and pipeline revenue
  • Nurture warm and cold leads by aligning our solutions to their pain points
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach strategies and messaging
  • Engage prospects via email, phone calls, social media, and event participation
  • Accurately track prospect interactions and activity within Salesforce
  • Continuously stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitive positioning

  • 1+ year of experience in a business development or sales development role
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline by setting high-quality meetings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-moving environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Resilient, creative, and eager to test and iterate to improve outreach effectiveness
  • Comfortable receiving and applying feedback to continuously improve
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Google Workspace

Preferred:

  • Exposure to or knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
  • Familiarity with buyer personas in technical or cybersecurity markets
