One of our partner companies is currently looking for a Business Development Representative in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth team at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation. As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a critical role in driving new customer engagement and pipeline development. You’ll be the first touchpoint for potential clients, helping them understand how modern security solutions can protect their organizations. Your work will directly impact revenue growth, making this a fast-paced and rewarding role for individuals who thrive on connection, persuasion, and results.

Accountabilities:

  • Generate qualified sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries and identify prospects' needs
  • Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives and pass along high-quality opportunities
  • Maintain accurate data and activities in Salesforce, including leads, contacts, and pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to improve outreach strategy
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach, conversions, and meetings booked
  • 1+ year of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales support role, preferably in SaaS or tech
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident on the phone and via email
  • Previous experience with lead generation and pipeline development tools
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Results-driven mindset with the resilience to handle rejection
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate and share feedback
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
  • Base salary of $55,000–$60,000 per year, plus up to $30,000 in commissions
  • Full health, dental, and vision insurance coverage (100% for employees, 85% for dependents)
