One of our companies is currently looking for a Customer Success Manager in Canada.

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing tech company serving the hospitality sector. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for nurturing relationships with small and medium-sized business clients post-sale, helping them realize the full value of the platform. You'll drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by offering strategic guidance, analyzing client performance, and advocating for their needs internally. This position requires a mix of relationship management, technical acumen, and a strong understanding of SaaS environments. Your ability to collaborate across teams and translate insights into action will directly impact client success and business performance.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage customer engagement from onboarding through renewal, ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and present solutions that drive value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by offering insights into product usage and industry best practices.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Finance, and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Stay current on product updates and enhancements to better guide and support clients.

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or customer success within a complex SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in driving client retention and exceeding growth targets through upselling or contract renewals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to negotiate and close.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and presenting insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
  • Experience in hospitality or property management is a strong advantage.
