For one of our clients, we are looking for a Demand Generation Lead, remotely from United States.
The Demand Generation Lead is a key role focused on driving outbound campaigns and generating qualified leads through multi-channel strategies. You will leverage tools like Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, Outreach, and Lemlist to develop targeted campaigns that engage prospects, convert leads, and ultimately contribute to revenue growth. This role involves managing the full campaign lifecycle, optimizing outreach tactics, and building relationships with sales and marketing teams. You'll be expected to use data and insights to continuously refine and improve campaigns, ensuring maximum impact and pipeline contribution.
Accountabilities:
- Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns using various channels, such as email, LinkedIn, and phone, focused on ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and key accounts.
- Build and maintain data-driven, personalized outreach strategies utilizing tools like Clay, Apollo, and Outreach.
- Develop and optimize prospect lists by using firmographic, technographic, and behavioral criteria, refining targeting parameters based on campaign performance.
- Manage all aspects of outbound campaigns, including list building, outreach, nurturing, and lead handoff to sales.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop high-impact assets and personalized messaging.
- Establish testing frameworks (A/B testing) to optimize outreach tactics and campaign performance.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a proven track record of contributing to pipeline growth through outbound prospecting.
- Strong proficiency in using outbound automation and list-building tools like Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, etc.
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Proven success in building and scaling multi-channel demand generation programs, particularly focused on outbound strategies.
- Excellent campaign analysis skills and the ability to communicate insights and optimize performance.
- Experience using data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel for customer insights and tracking campaign performance.
