For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Product Analyst (Video Services), remotely from Worldwide.

As a Senior Product Analyst on the Video Services team, you will play a key role in driving the success of video-related features for a leading online dating platform. Your focus will be on designing and conducting experiments, analyzing A/B test results, and identifying growth opportunities to improve key product metrics. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify product anomalies, optimize performance, and support data-driven decision-making for new feature developments.

Accountabilities:

• Design and conduct product experiments, including A/B testing, to optimize video services and features.
• Analyze product data to identify anomalies and deviations in key metrics, providing actionable insights to the team.
• Create and maintain product dashboards that track key performance indicators and help the team monitor product health.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to generate, validate, and prioritize growth hypotheses.
• Present analytical findings clearly, supporting recommendations with data-driven insights and conclusions.

• A degree in mathematics or a technical field, with experience in applying mathematical statistics and probability theory.
• Proficiency in data acquisition, processing, and visualization tools (e.g., MS SQL, Python, Excel, SuperSet).
• Experience with A/B testing and a deep understanding of product and marketing metrics (LTV, CPA, Retention, CR, etc.).
• Strong analytical, critical, and system thinking, with the ability to understand user behavior behind the data.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply and effectively present data insights.
• Proactive and responsible, with a strong sense of ownership and independence in driving projects to completion.
