One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Social Media Manager in the United States.

This role is ideal for a creative and strategic social media professional who excels in B2B marketing. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing a compelling social media presence that amplifies the brand’s voice in the cybersecurity and threat intelligence landscape. From developing impactful campaigns to translating complex technical ideas into engaging narratives, you will ensure the brand stands out across platforms. You'll collaborate cross-functionally, engage technical and non-technical audiences, and use data to optimize performance and influence strategy.

Accountabilities:

• Design and execute a strategic social media plan aligned with business goals and market positioning.
• Create engaging content that translates technical insights, product updates, and thought leadership into clear, compelling messages.
• Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant B2B platforms.
• Use analytics to assess campaign performance, optimize engagement, and report on key metrics.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive activity to refine positioning and content strategy.
• Identify and leverage opportunities to position internal experts in key industry conversations.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance content efficiency and creativity, with strategic human oversight.

• 6+ years of social media experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within the cybersecurity or threat intelligence space.
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical topics into platform-native content, especially short-form video.
• Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and how social media supports buyer decision-making.
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for tone, clarity, and brand alignment.
• Experience with data-driven social strategies and using performance metrics to iterate and improve.
• Familiarity with compliance topics in security (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) and tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot.
• Experience running paid social media campaigns targeting enterprise audiences is a plus.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $105,000 to $175,000, depending on location and experience
