Seamwork - Content Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Assistant who is highly organized and detail-oriented to help us manage and distribute our content efficiently. 

You’ll be responsible for keeping everything on track - making sure our YouTube videos, social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and podcasts get published on time and perform well.

In this role, you will be in charge of:

📅 Managing our content calendar, including YouTube, social media, podcast, and blog
📊 Tracking and analyzing the performance of our content
📱 Posting to social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
📩 Creating simple funnels with basic landing pages and email automations
📝 Laying out and posting blog articles and newsletters
🎙️ Managing audio files and publishing our weekly podcast.

You’re the kind of person who enjoys planning and staying organized. 

You work well independently and love learning new things. 

You’re also flexible and happy to take on different tasks as needed.

Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role. We’re based on the US West Coast, and we’d like you to have some overlap with our working hours (9 AM–5 PM PT). We also have a quick stand-up meeting at 10 AM PT each day.

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅3+ years experience as a content/ digital  marketing assistant.

✅ Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks
✅ Strong communication skills—able to speak and write clearly
✅ Process-oriented thinker who enjoys making things run smoothly
✅ A strong desire to learn and improve continuously
✅ Responsible and self-motivated—you get things done
✅ Strong familiarity with social media
✅ Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals
✅ Basic knowledge of HTML.

Brownie points for:

⭐ Worked within Online Education. 

⭐ Experience with Klaviyo for email marketing
⭐ Experience managing complex information using Notion
⭐ Experience with social media management for business
⭐ Experience using chat automation (ManyChat)
⭐ Familiarity with home sewing or an interest in crafts

What’s in it for you?

💰 Salary : $2,000–$2,700 per month*

🕒 Full-time: Fully remote position
🏖️ Paid Time Off : Unlimited
