Cyber Security Industry: ICT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans (including schedule, cost, scope, and quality).
• Ensure full control over the project’s schedule, scope, budget, and risk management.
• Drive projects to completion on time, within budget, and with the highest quality.
• Report timely and accurately on project performance and escalate issues proactively.
• Perform change management, root cause analysis, and quality reviews as needed.
• Oversee project financials, including revenue recognition and invoicing.
• Manage internal resources and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders effectively, setting and managing expectations while driving client satisfaction.
• Use project performance metrics, tools, and techniques to track success.
• Cultivate strong client and stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• Identify potential business opportunities through insights from project engagements.

• 3+ years of experience in IT/High Tech project management.
• University degree (preferably in IT, Engineering, or related field).
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies, budget management, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in Greek and English.
• Relevant PM accreditation (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communicator and negotiator with high emotional intelligence.
