Responsibilities
- Support and independently coordinate various projects in supply chain, for example setting up or closing down 3PL partners, moving warehouse and onboarding new CMO or new products (due to acquisitions etc.)
- Participate in process improvements for 3PL, Transportation partners and Customs handling
- Be a contact person when it comes to various needs and various areas of the supply chain, especially in the 3PL and transportation area
- Support inventory optimization activities that will support company KPI’s
- Be responsible for communication of the operation procedures with selected 3PLs, and to support and drive various improvement initiatives
- Support colleagues in planning team with knowledge & conduct trainings if needed
- Support master data management at 3PL to have a smooth process
- Drive improvements & develop new processes, tools, and routines in relation to the areas of responsibility
- Proactively establish relationships with Key Stakeholders & customers across the organization
- 2-5 years of previous experience in Demand Planning / Supply Planning / Transportation Management / Warehousing Management
- Must have excellent language skills in English
- Excellent knowledge of common IT tools or similar (ERP, Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge and experience with a proven track record from various areas of Supply Chain, such as inventory management, transportation management, warehousing management, supply planning, demand planning, and improvement projects
- Experience with cross-border customs and/or dangerous goods
