Product Owner

We are seeking a Junior Product Manager/Product Owner with a focus on endpoint security to join our product team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing day-to-day product operations, including bug triage, release coordination, documentation management, and Jira upkeep. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of features and fixes that enhance our endpoint security product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
•    Product Backlog & Bug Triage: Manage the product backlog, prioritize endpoint security features and bug fixes, and ensure timely triage and resolution of issues.
•    Release Management: Oversee release schedules, coordinating with development and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
•    Jira Hygiene: Maintain organized and up-to-date Jira boards, ensuring tasks are well-documented, prioritized, and on track.
•    Documentation Management: Ensure all product documentation is up to date and reflects the latest features, changes, and releases.
•    Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication: Work with engineering, QA, and support teams to facilitate smooth collaboration and clear communication of goals.
Qualifications
•    1-3 years of product management or product ownership experience, preferably in endpoint security.
•    Familiarity with bug triage, release management, and Jira.
•    Experience managing and updating product documentation.
•    Solid understanding of endpoint security principles and challenges within the industry.
•    Strong organizational skills and experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
