Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Software Development Manager to lead our development team in creating and enhancing our cybersecurity platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions in the cybersecurity domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and operations, to define project requirements and objectives.
Implement best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in software development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C# or others.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
