About the Job

The Graphic Designer will be dedicated to social media and communications content creation, and play a role in the conceptualization, design, and development of brand campaigns, concepts and assets. This individual will report to our Head of product.

Responsibilities

• Produce breakthrough designs for a variety of communications and social media deliverables: social media graphics, GIFs, animations, videos, presentation decks, research reports, digital ads, blogs, infographics, website graphics, etc.
• Have a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and best-practices
• Maintain a polished brand expression
• Edit and improve existing designs and templates, ensuring a consistent aesthetic across platforms
• Work with the communications team and assist with the creative and production process for all social media and communications projects
• Partner with other teams at Keeper to develop creative solutions for new product launches, promotions, announcements, helpful content and more
• Effectively communicate complex concepts into digestible designs for consumers and IT professionals alike

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong sense of typography and appropriate use of brand colors, images & fonts, allowing for effective legibility and functionality
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects for GIF creation
• Understanding of Figma, AI Video and Still Imagery is a plus
• Motion graphic experience (reels and short form-content creation)
• Basic video editing experience, including content creation for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
• General knowledge of platform trends and algorithms
• Accessibility best practices
• Exhibit a range of varied styles and techniques to visualize and bring early-stage ideas to life
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, team members and cross-functional teams
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet multiple deadlines across a variety of projects
• Link to a strong visual portfolio with an emphasis on social media design
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field is preferred
