We’re searching for an enthusiastic Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our client growth. Your core focus will be to unearth potential clients, initiate contact through email or social platforms, and relay engaged leads to our Canadian team for the next phase. We want someone with a sharp instinct for market openings, drawing on experience from consulting or similar arenas, though you’ll step back once prospects show interest, leaving the final negotiations to others.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Database Management: Log outreach activities, replies, and essential details carefully to ensure a fluid transfer to the Canada team.
  • Initiate Outreach: Reach out to prospects via messages or emails to explore their recruitment needs and test their curiosity.
  • Lead Transition: Hand off interested contacts—think HR directors, recruitment leads, or C-suite execs—to our Canadian colleagues for follow-through and closure.
  • Prospect Research: Scour LinkedIn and other sources for job listings that suggest a demand for hiring solutions.
  • Tech Savvy: Added advantage if you’ve worked with CRM platforms or lead-tracking tools.
  • Education: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree.
  • English Proficiency: Outstanding written English to draft engaging and effective communications.
  • Independence: Shine while working autonomously, hitting lead goals in a lively, ever-shifting environment.
  • Relevant Background: A track record in consulting or a related field, with an ability to spot opportunities and suggest fixes.
