Keller Executive Search is on the lookout for an experienced Operations Manager who excels in operational leadership and business strategy for one of our clients. In this pivotal role, you will oversee various operational aspects, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across the organization while continuously striving for excellence and growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of operational management skills and strategic vision, capable of aligning business operations with the company's overall objectives. You will work closely with different departments to streamline processes, improve performance metrics, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, procedures, and policies to optimize performance.
  • Analyze current operational processes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business operations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends and implement innovative practices that keep the organization competitive.
  • Collaborate with senior management to formulate strategic plans for business growth.
  • Present reports and updates to the management team on operational performance and initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in operational management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
