Sales Manager - Electronics #1510

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sales Manager to manage and expand our client's electronics division. This role focuses on leading sales initiatives within the consumer electronics market, with an emphasis on establishing strong relationships with retailers and distributors, driving revenue growth, and enhancing brand visibility.

Location: Chicago (relocation assistance available)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share in the electronics sector.
  • Identify and target key accounts, building strong relationships with retail partners and distributors.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs, and adjust sales plans accordingly.
  • Lead negotiations on contracts and pricing with key clients, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Analyze sales data to track performance, establish KPIs, and generate reports for management.
  • Provide training and support to retail staff to ensure product knowledge and promote brand loyalty.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the consumer electronics industry, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships, excellent negotiation abilities, and analytical skills for interpreting sales data.
  • Additional: Willingness to travel as needed, and proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Salary: Competitive base salary + commission (monthly/quarterly bonuses). Total package ranges from $75,000 – $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience
