Kenko is the most complete software for fitness & wellness businesses. We bring together scheduling, memberships, payments, marketing, payroll — everything on one platform and automate it. Our goal is to replace ten different tools they use today with one almighty.

So that they can focus on what they love — making people healthy and happy.

We are looking for a Website Development Specialist to own and manage our website development service. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality, custom-developed websites tailored to provided designs while ensuring smooth project execution, timely delivery, and seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, customer coordination, and project management.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Kenko's features, functionality, and capabilities to deliver high-quality website solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom websites based on provided designs, ensuring high-quality and responsive layouts.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in web development, usability, and accessibility.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific website requirements and ensure timely development and deployment that aligns with their expectations.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, adhering to timelines and delivering exceptional results for clients.

• Define project timelines and milestones, based on the complexity of development, ensuring smooth and timely website delivery.

• Create and maintain clear and concise documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles, to support both customers and internal teams.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance workflows and processes based on customer feedback, industry trends, and product updates, ensuring a seamless and industry-leading customer experience.
• Continuously stay updated on the latest website development best practices, tools, and technologies to identify opportunities for process automation and optimisation.

• 2+ years of experience in website development, front-end development, or a related role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website builders (experience with Duda is a strong plus).
• Experience working with Figma, Canva, or other design tools is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel integrations.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple website projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage timelines efficiently.
• Willingness and availability to work in the US time zone.
