Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Staff Professional, Operations Strategic Planning to join our team. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and aligning long-term strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to develop actionable plans, optimize performance, and ensure strategic alignment across business units.

This role is ideal for someone who excels in data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and long-range planning. You will play a critical role in shaping the operational roadmap that drives growth, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning initiatives across Operations, collaborating with Finance, Supply Chain, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Develop and maintain operational models and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Analyze internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement, scalability, and cost optimization.
  • Facilitate long-term planning cycles, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and OKR (Objectives & Key Results) alignment.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations based on data insights.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify and implement strategic initiatives that support business growth and transformation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively address areas of underperformance.
  • Conduct scenario modeling, risk analysis, and contingency planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in operations, strategic planning, management consulting, or related fields.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with strategic frameworks, scenario planning, and operational modeling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with competing priorities.

The expected salary for this position is $135,180.00 - $224,203.00.
